Hope is a big, beautiful Belgian draft mare who joined FBF in October of 2020. Hope was rescued from a kill pen in PA where it is believed she used to be an Amish work horse. When Hope first arrived at FBF she didn’t even know what a treat was!! She now enjoys all sorts of treats and is really loving her new life at FBF. Hope is the largest horse to ever live at FBF and she is truly a gentle giant. Her slow gait and easy demeanor make her a perfect therapeutic partner. We are excited to have Hope as part of our team and look forward to loving and spoiling her for years to come!
